How do I place an order?

A: To place your order, simply browse through our range of products and click ‘add to cart’ for as many items as you would like to purchase, once you have finished, click cart at the top hand corner of the screen, click checkout and follow the online instructions.

When I place an order, how long does delivery take and how much does it cost?

A: We can deliver our range of children's nursery bedding and accessory products anywhere in the UK and the Republic of Ireland. What's more we also offer FREE delivery on all orders! All orders received up to 5 pm will be despatched the same day on a 48 hour delivery service (Monday to Friday).

How can I amend or cancel an order?

A: If you would like to amend or cancel your order please email baroo.customerservices@torque.eu and we shall arrange this for you. 

How much bedding should I use for my baby?

A: This will depend on the age of your baby and whether they are using a crib or cot.

What is the correct temperature for my baby's nursery?

A: Your baby’s room temperature should be between 16 and 20 degrees

Can I write a blog for your website?

A: We are always on the lookout for news stories and blog articles, so if you have something in mind, please send it through.

I have pictures of my child featuring your products, can I send them to you?

A: Yes of course! We would love to see your pictures, please send them to us via Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, happy snapping!

I've received my order, but it's not suitable. How do I return it?

A: We currently only deliver to the UK and the Republic of Ireland.
